Currently we can manage partial sync by syncing a specific folder. However, in many cases it would be more useful to be able to select what files/folders to exclude from a sync.

E.g., I might have a bucket with 10 files and 4 folders. I might want to sync the 10 files and one of the folders, but not the remaining 3 folders. Currently that is not possible.
