Multiple devices use different file naming convention. That sometimes makes viewing photos from a same trip, but different devices complicated as they appear on a different order.

Technically we could introduce file naming convention based on EXIF data (e.g. dateCreated/dateTaken) and based on that propose a generic file format which is cross-compatible.
