Changes on one device would automatically propagate to the other device. That means that if you add/delete/modify file on your phone, such change would automatically be visible on your desktop and web and vice-versa

This feature is released as (beta) on desktop and mobile.

In next phase we will work on adding support for web and further improve updates that it captures.
